Fish the Famous Anchor River

The Anchor River is a famous fishing stream for salmon, steelhead, dolly varden and rainbows.

To reach the river, turn at Mile 157 at the visitor center, and cross over the bridge.

On your right is a series of public campgrounds and parking areas. On your left is a fishing store where you can buy gear and get advice. At the end of this road is a beach.

The fishing rules here are very complicated, so be sure to get the regulations when you buy your license.
